Custom orders?Is there a certain flavor you're looking for? With some advance notice, we can order custom flavors for whatever your needs may be. If your heart is set on cotton candy with the traditional bright colors, we can do that for you, but they will not be naturally colored. Gender reveal? Our Cotton Candy Shimmer bombs are perfect for this! Or, ask us about our cotton candy cakes, which can be filled with your choice of pink or blue naturally colored sprinkles. Looking for party favors? Contact us about special pricing and favor size packages of cotton candy. Contact us about having us spin cotton candy at your next event or fundraiser. What colors are available?All of our cotton candy comes in just the natural white color. We are happy to customize your order with colors! We can add food coloring to match your desired color scheme. We have done some experimenting with adding natural color, but the natural colors aren't quite as vibrant without being cost-prohibitive or changing the flavor. We have found the best luck with adding a natural pink, though it is still not as bright as traditional pink cotton candy. For our Cotton Candy Shimmer Bombs, we have gold, rose gold, silver, white, black, pink, and blue shimmer dust available.

What flavors do you have?All of our flavors can be found here. We love doing custom orders, so feel free to mix flavors to create something new!

How much cotton candy am I getting?The small container (1 serving) contains a half ounce of cotton candy, which is equivalent to a large cone of fresh cotton candy. The large contains a full ounce (2 servings) and would be 2 large fresh cotton candy cones. Please be aware that some natural settling will occur. What's in this stuff? It's delicious!All of Lily's cotton candy is made free from artificial colors and flavors! We use only organic sugar and organic or all natural flavors with no added colors. All flavors are kosher and vegan except the maple bacon. Cotton Candy is naturally gluten free. Our small container (1 serving) of cotton candy has just 14 grams of sugar. The large container (2 servings) has 28 grams. Cotton Candy is naturally fat free and has 55 calories per serving.

How long does the cotton candy last?Cotton candy is best eaten immediately, but our cotton candy should have a shelf life of about 1-2 week or longer in a cool dry place so long as the package hasn't been opened or moved vigorously. Settling is likely to occur if the cotton candy sits for an extended period of time. It does not go bad per se, but the texture becomes compromised. The moisture in the air and cotton candy do not mix well! Once opened, eat immediately for best results. Lily had a lot of fun experimenting with cotton candy to see what happens when it's left out, when the package has been opened, and when you drop water on it!

What are the payment options?We take all major credit and debit cards, gift cards, and PayPal. If you buy from us at a farmer's market we accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and PayPal.

I live in the Madison area, can I find you locally or pick up directly from you?"Absolutely! We can set up pickup times and determine the best location if you email us directly. Please check social media for information on events we are participating in. If that doesn't work we can work something out for local pickup on the west side of Madison or in some circumstances, drop off, via email at lilysmagicaltreats@gmail.com

What is your refund policy?If there is a problem with your order that is our fault, for example, we shipped the wrong order, or the packaging didn't hold up to the humidity or heat during shipping, we are happy to either refund all or part of your purchase or simply replace the mistaken flavors. Please be aware that some natural settling will occur during shipping and that cannot be helped. Priority Mail packages are insured and MAY be refunded or replaced if damaged or lost. Please email us a picture for proof of damage. Our email address is lilysmagicaltreats@gmail.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS and so unfortunately we do not offer refunds based on delays.

Is it made to order? When do you ship?All of our cotton candy is made to order. We prepare Monday-Fridays and ship within 5 business days of your order being received. The Holiday season can sometimes cause delays.

Lily's Magical Treats
Lily was just 7 years old and in first grade when she decided she wanted to run her own business. Lily spent some time thinking up different business ideas and running them by family, friends, and teachers. One of her teachers mentioned that when she was a kid, she had had a cotton candy machine and sold cotton candy to neighborhood kids. Lily immediately loved the idea and asked her parents to help her set up and run her business. While looking at some of the available premade cotton candy mixes available on the market, she was really put off when she saw the ingredient lists. Lily does not like the way that some artificial colors make her feel when she eats them. She decided she wanted to make cotton candy without all of the yucky ingredients that are in so much of the cotton candy that is out there. Lily’s line of cotton candy comes in many unique and magical flavors, and they are made with organic cane sugar and only natural flavors and colors.
