Cotton Candy Cart Services
and more

We have a number of different carts and cotton candy machines available for catering service in the Madison, WI area, from small intimate children's parties to large adults-only weddings and events; we have something to fit your party needs.

We will happily work with your event planner or other vendors to make your event everything you dreamed of and more!

We can do indoor or outdoor events, though we cannot spin in the rain.  Extreme humidity also poses a challenge.

All we need from you on the day of the event is access to a dedicated power source.  We cannot share an outlet with anything else.  We have power cords up to 50ft.

Fees include travel up to a 10-mile radius of zip code 53717.  Additional fees apply outside of radius.

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit of $50. The deposit is due a week from issued invoice. Your deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

30-day notice to receive full deposit refund on canceled events.  

Final invoice is due no later than 1 week prior to event.

Snow Cone Machine style may vary

  • Includes unlimited snow cones for your guests for an hour

  • 1 dedicated attendant

  • Your choice of 4 flavors*

  • Cups

  • Additional time $100/hour

  • Serves 40-50 cones regular cones or up to 70 mini cones

  • Toppings of your choice

  • Fully customizable  to match your event (additional charges may apply)

  • *must have access to elevator/ramp if not on the first floor 

  • cart measures 51" by 25", please double check that the cart will fit through any doorways

  • Add our popcorn service for a discounted price of $75/hr with any cotton candy or snow cone service

  • Includes unlimited popcorn for your guests

* Allow additional setup time

*We will make the popcorn and bag during downtime, otherwise, this is a largely self-serve option

  • *Upload images to an SD card or scan the QR code for photos to appear on your phone instantly
